Nekst

Nekst is Asset | Econometrics' quarterly magazine. Nekst reports of activities organized by Asset | Econometrics, publishes interviews with interesting econometricians in the working field, and includes many more read-thirst quenching articles. Furthermore, there is space for (semi-)scientific articles in the 'Practical Report' and 'Triangle'.

It is received by student members of Asset | Econometrics, as well as the EOR Department of Tilburg University, alumni of both Tilburg University and ourselves, and of course our partner companies.

Become editer yourself...

Every October, the new Nekst committee starts working on four new editions. Prior to October, the committee is formed. This consists of the Editor-in-Chief (chairman), Designer and a number of writers. The Editor-in-Chief is elected first, who in their turn can choose a Designer. Afterwards, the committee is formed. They will be the ones writing and checking the articles. The Editor-in-Chief is in charge of making sure all operations run smoothly. They will make agendas and make a set-up for the next edition. In the meetings, the Editor-in-Chief and committee together come up with interesting topics, interviews and maybe even a theme. When the articles have been delivered, checked and well, the Designer can start designing the magazine. After a last check by the Ex-Nekst, the magazine is done and can be sent to the printer!

Curious about the editorial staff of Nekst? Visit the committee page to find out more about them.
