Carpaccio of beef tenderloin (with aged cheese, bacon, seed mix, arugula, and truffle dressing)

Tuna salad (with little gem, brioche, egg, tomato, and caesar dressing)

Chef's soup (changing seasonal soup, vegetarian)
Main course:
- Beef tenderloin (diamanthaas) with beer jus, ratatouille, fries, and salad
- Beer Mac and Cheese (classic mac and cheese with a twist, because of the cheese sauce made with Tripel Karmeliet, served with vegetable sticks for dipping)
- Fish and chips (Cod with remoulade sauce, lemon, and fried parsley)
Dessert:
- Strawberries Romanoff (fresh fruit with vanilla ice cream)
- Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce and whipped cream)
- Stout beer brownie with chocolate mousse
